MICCAI 2020 Workshop on Computational Diffusion MRI
Proceedings
The proceedings of the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 ,2017 and 2018 workshop editions appeared as volumes in Springer's Mathematics and Visualization series.
External datasets
CDMRI supports reproducible research on public data, encourages methodological validation on clinical datasets, and believes in data and code sharing and data re-use. Hence, we make the CDMRI community aware of existing external datasets which could be used for the submission and/or for testing:
- The HAMLET (HArmonizing MuLti-sitE Traveling subjects) dataset: a multi-subject multi-scanner multi-contrast dataset of 5 subjects scanned at 4 sites (multiple vendors) with no data usage agreement required to assess and utilize the data (freely downloadable at https://www.nitrc.org/projects/hamlet/). This data includes structural, functional, and diffusion data, all acquired with standard clinical keys. The results of methods validated on such dataset are eligible for an "unchallenge", where scientific algorithms and results can be publicized, and posted to NITRC, along with a dedicated summary page and QR code linking directly to your data. To apply for the unChallenge it is required filling out the following form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1jNdGazahoMp3TCmxn1kczQ32JGlZNIrCyNN5MLIju_k/edit?usp=sharing
- Cross-scanner and cross-protocol diffusion MRI data harmonisation: 15 adult subjects whole-brain, multi-vendor DW scans (2 scanners), with standard and state-of-the-art protocol. This dataset (or part of it) has been used for the previous CDMRI challenges: MUSHAC-Multi-shell Diffusion MRI Harmonisation Challenge (2018) and Diffusion MRI Data Harmonisation Challenge (2017). - DHCP (Developing Human Connectome Project) dataset: 40 term neonatal subjects. The imaging data includes structural imaging, structural connectivity data (diffusion MRI) and functional connectivity data (resting-state fMRI). If you hold an existing dataset and you would like to be added to the list, please contact us.
