About

The Computational Diffusion MRI (CDMRI) Workshop 2023 seeks to bring together researchers and clinicians to discuss the latest advances in diffusion MRI acquisition, analysis, and interpretation. Topics are wide-ranging, covering optimal experimental design, image reconstruction, signal modelling, quantitative microstructure mapping, fibre tracking methods, connectomics, pathology classification, and other novel techniques. Diffusion MRI has earned a prominent role in radiology research and practice due to its unique ability to probe tissue microstructure and macrostructural connectivity in the brain, and its current clinical applications include development and aging, neurosurgical planning and neuroanatomy, with promising applications in other organs.

The workshop program will feature keynotes by distinguished researchers, as well as original research contributions by members of the MICCAI community.

This year, CDMRI will also be hosting the MICCAI "Quantitative Connectivity through Harmonized Preprocessing of Diffusion MRI" (aka QuantConn) Challenge to bring you an exciting and diverse workshop. See the Challenge page of our website for more information.
