This script will import and prepare the input images for the DRC fluid registration (fluid_jo).

Usage: /scratch0/NOT_BACKED_UP/clarkson/auto/src/niftk-nightly-release/NifTK-build/bin/flImport.sh fileContainingListOfFiles input_fluid.txt

Mandatory Arguments:
  fileContainingListOfFiles : is a text file containing 6 columns, containing the full path of 
                              "input baseline standard space image",
                              "input baseline standard space brain mask",
                              "input baseline standard space vents mask",
                              "input baseline native-to-standard-space AIR file",
                              "input registered repeat native space image",
                              "input registered repeat native space brain mask".
  input_fluid.txt : is the name of the output file.

Options:
  -no_dbc : no DBC.

Note that the input baseline native-to-standard-space AIR file normally sits in params/atlas-9dof6/register-air/ in Midas.
